1. Register Your Company
Submit basic information + photos of your fleet + insurance & registration documents (private review only).
2. Create Vehicle Listings
Add each car: make/model/year, photos (interior/exterior), features, pricing rules, availability calendar, terms & conditions.
3. Receive Booking Requests
When a traveler books, you get instant notification (email + dashboard). See customer details, dates, vehicle requested.
4. Meet & Hand Over
Customer pays remainder + deposit directly to you. You inspect car together, sign your own rental agreement, take photos.
5. Get Paid & Reviewed
After return, handle deposit refund. Customer can leave review on our platform (visible to future renters).
