Welcome to «Adriatic Wheels» ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and services for car rentals in Montenegro (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license to use the Service. You represent that you meet these requirements and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To book rentals, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Booking and Rentals

Reservations: Bookings are subject to availability and our approval. We may require deposits or full payment in advance.
Rental Terms: Vehicles must be returned in the same condition, on time, and at the agreed location. Additional fees apply for late returns, damage, or excess mileage.
Insurance and Liability: Basic insurance is included, but you are responsible for deductibles and any uncovered damages. Optional upgrades are available. You agree to comply with all traffic laws and not use vehicles for illegal purposes.
Cancellations: Cancellations within [X] hours of pickup may incur fees. Refunds are processed per our policy.
Payments: All payments are final and non-refundable except as specified. We use secure third-party processors.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful or harmful activities.
Misrepresent your identity or qualifications.
Interfere with the Service's operation.
Upload viruses or malicious code.
Violate intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service (e.g., logos, text, images) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant rental.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violations of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Montenegro. We encourage informal resolution first via info@adriaticwheels.com.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted here. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement.
